Using myEduPay

These terms describe the use of myEduPay by schools and their authorised administrators, staff, students and guardians. By creating a school account, you agree to these terms on behalf of the school you represent.

myEduPay provides tools for school administration. Your school remains responsible for its educational, employment, attendance, fee and other operational decisions, and for checking the records it relies on.

School registration and authority

You must have permission to create and administer an account for your school. Provide accurate school details and contact information, and use an email address you control. Do not register another school or impersonate another person without authority.

The person creating the account is responsible for its initial administrator access. An existing account cannot be claimed or replaced simply by entering its email address during registration.

Account security and access

Keep your password and account recovery details private. Give access only to authorised people, use the permissions appropriate to their work, and remove access when it is no longer needed.

Contact myEduPay if you suspect unauthorised access or a security issue. Do not attempt to access another school's workspace, bypass access controls or use someone else's credentials.

School records and privacy

Your school is responsible for the accuracy of the records it enters and for having the authority to upload and use personal data. Provide the notices and obtain the permissions required for your use of staff, student and guardian information, including children's information where applicable.

Creating an administrator account does not provide consent on behalf of every person whose information may later be added. Read the Privacy Policy for information about how myEduPay handles personal data. Contact support about access, correction, export, retention or deletion requests.

Trials, plans and payments

When a trial is offered, its duration is shown during registration. Trial access may expire at the end of that period. Creating a trial account does not automatically purchase a paid subscription or authorise a payment.

Plans and renewals are arranged with myEduPay. Any paid arrangement should specify its price, duration, included services and payment terms before you agree to it. Contact support about expired access, billing questions or an agreed renewal.

Acceptable use

Use myEduPay for lawful, authorised school activities. Do not upload malicious files, unlawful or infringing material, send abusive or unsolicited messages, create misleading records, or interfere with the service.

Do not extract information you are not authorised to access, attempt to defeat school isolation or rate limits, or use the platform to harm other users. Access may be restricted to address misuse or protect accounts and the service.

Service availability and integrations

The service may be interrupted by maintenance, network problems or faults. Keep the independent records your school needs for continuity and check important actions and reports before relying on them.

Features that use email, maps, storage or other external providers depend on those services and their configuration. A feature being available in the interface does not guarantee that an external provider will complete a delivery or request.

Closing an account and getting help

Contact support from an authorised school account to discuss closure, an administrator change or records you need to retain or export. Expiry of access is not itself a request to delete school records.

Retention and deletion depend on the applicable requirements and the arrangements for your school. These terms do not waive rights or obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Updates to these terms

Updates will appear on this page with a revised date and version. A school registration records the terms version accepted at the time it is completed. Contact support if you need clarification about the terms applying to your account.
